Responsible for cognitive and phonological development in children, the A, B, and Cs are the building blocks of language. Alphabets are an important element of preschool education, following the process that was started with the ‘introduction to letter B’ at Mother’s Pride, little Prideens were taught about the sound of the second alphabet, letter B through the story of a boy Bruno and also about several everyday things that start from this letter. With the aim of allowing the tiny tots to see, hear, and experience the letter ‘B’ in a variety of ways, several experiential learning-based activities were spearheaded that ensured that they are on their way to becoming alphabet masters. They identified the letter, learned how to write it, and also strengthened their phonemic awareness.
