To help our tiny tots understand and use the most common location words – ‘up’ and ‘down’, a fun-filled set of activities was recently organized at Mother’s Pride. These activities not only helped the little Prideens identify where an object is placed using up and down, but also engaged them in active and concept-based learning. Introducing the young learners with this important universal theme, created a positive connection to their prior experiences and acted as a springboard for students to respond to their learning with action.
