International World Health Day was celebrated at Mother’s Pride to shed light on the importance of physical and mental health, eating healthy food and fresh fruits and vegetables, and exercise. The celebration aimed at spreading awareness on achieving a better lifestyle and living a disease-free life. Prideens did simple exercises and asanas enthusiastically. To further enhance the knowledge and creative expression, children enjoyed making salads, sandwiches, and lemonade. The classes echoed with the voices of tiny tots reciting rhymes like Green vegetables fresh, clean fruits.
