To achieve our signature motto ‘love blossoms here’, the presence of happy, well-equipped and skilled teachers is essential. Enhancing the effectiveness of our gifted teachers’ teaching methodologies has been an ongoing process at Mothers Pride and this is why an intensive set of training programs is organized for our teachers every year. Besides covering the importance of experiential cycles of leaning, it included an insightful SWOT analysis session and several wonderful activities to strengthen the bond between teachers and students.
Taking them on a flashback journey of their own pleasant childhood, the training served as the platform to create a stimulating environment for little Prideens and celebrate childhood. The teachers took a lot of initiatives and presented beautiful demos to showcase the power of stories and dramatization in teaching preschoolers. With the aim of recognizing and polishing the unique skills of our teachers and taking the learning of children to the next level, this rigorous training groomed the teachers as the angels of love.
