OUR BUDDING MATHEMATICIANS ACE NUMBER FOUR ACTIVITY WITH EASE
We, at Mother’s Pride, aim to make the most of the formative years of our toddlers in an ideal learning environment virtually also. To set a strong quantitative base for our Prideens, number four was introduced through the story of 4 Funny Faces. Children were taught to recognize, write, and count number 4, through one to one correspondence, where four funny faces ask for four tomatoes, radishes, potatoes, and brinjals. Symbol recognition and writing were taken up through worksheets, tracing, hopscotch, and much more. The activity not only introduced Prideens to the ‘Magic of Mathematics’ but also fostered their cognitive development.
