The new session has started already and our Prideens are all set to learn new lessons every day. Concept of letters was introduced wherein the kids learn about the letter ‘A’. The day began with a welcome activity where teachers welcomed the children coming to the school and indulged them in finger printing activity.
To introduce the letter ‘A’, the teachers drew objects related to the letter on a white board. The children also learned the sound of the letter with the help of different toys and objects. It was truly an exciting day as our Prideens enjoyed different creative activities while pasting apples on tree, pasting aeroplanes in the sky scene and creating Ants through thumb printing in garden scene. The activity concluded with children cheerfully collecting the craft samples from their teachers.
The day was filled with lots of fun and our children showed full enthusiasm during the activity. The activity not only helped children to understand the letter ‘A’, but also enhanced their language skills, conceptual skills and vocabulary skills.
