A dedicated and planned yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures is incredibly effective. Yoga has profound impact on kids, especially when it comes to encouraging their self-esteem, body awareness and coordination. By practising yoga, they feel fit, healthy and happy instantly.
With the objective to create awareness of yoga and inculcate the habit so that they are able to seek the benefits, regular yoga sessions are planned for our Prideens. Conducted in a child-friendly manner, the entire program integrates music and lessons that help them to learn yoga in a fun and engaging way. These sessions helps to boost their body strength, flexibility and confidence.
